Use a melon baller to make the little apples. Cut some sucker sticks in half on a diagonal. Put the diagonal side through the skin part of the apples. Dip or swirl the apples in caramel. (I used the store-bought tubs you get in the produce section.) Then dip the apples in whatever toppings you want and place in a miniature cupcake cup. Place in fridge to harden.
